Hi
My environment is Users are using Remote desktop to connect to their desktop. They using Outlook 2010. Remote Desktop servers are installed with Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise. There are 03 Exchange servers in co exist (02 x Exchange 2010 + 01 Exchange 2003)
Some users are having this issue when they try to change "Delegate Access" settings
"The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object."
What I have tried so far is adding the registry IgnoreSOBError according to this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950794/en-us AT the REMOTE DESKTOP SERVER registry. Well that didnt solve the issue.
I setup one of the users mailox in a FAT client (physical machine) I had the same issue and I applied the above solutions which SOLVED the issue. I applied the above solutions to the local FAT Registry.
How could I solve this for thin client? (Remote Desktop)
Many Thanks
