Exchange 2013 - Paid support with no response

Hi,

I have paid for Microsoft Support on Monday via:
Exchange Server 2013 Standard
https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?Gprid=730

I still haven’t heard from anyone from Microsoft. What number can I call to check the status of the ticket? When I paid for the ticket online, it said the turnaround time for someone to call me back was 4hrs.

I tried checking on the ticket online but it doesn’t work:
“Reply Failed
There was a system or a network error and we were not able to retrieve the support request. Please try again later.”
