A user has tried to book a recurring meeting, the meeting is within business hours, on workdays only and does not exceed the maximum lead time set. However, looking at the calendar it does conflict with multiple other meetings booked by different people.
When I have tested this it gives a decline response but does not say why. If I try to book single days it tells me why it is declined.
How can I get it to give the reasons for declining if there are multiple conflicts? In our previous Exchange setup (2007) it did this so I find it strange that 2013 does not
Also, if a user tries to book a recurring meeting that goes beyond the maximum lead time (we have this set to 365 days) it gives a decline response but, again, does not say why it is declined. Can this be changed so people know why they cannot book the meeting?
