When moving mailbox from 2010 to 2013 and after Outlook reconnects there is a new Contacts and Junk Email folder. Someone reported this same issue when going from 2007 to 2010 and the accepted response/solution was "I don't know either unless the original folders were a little off somehow that Outlook didn't recognize them as the "special" ones."
Surely this is not a resolution. This has happened to every mailbox we have moved. The biggest problem that arises is with mobile devices that seemingly lose all their corporate contacts until they copy all their contacts from the old Contacts folder to the new one.
Anyone know of an automated way we can deal with this?
