We have an on-prem Exchange 2013 environment. I am trying to setup a proof of concept for Orchestrator where we automatically provision a user's mailbox. I seem to be able to get everything setup properly in Orchestrator. We would like to send a "welcome" e-mail to the new user. I've created a "Send Email" activity in Orchestrator after I've enabled the mailbox. Unfortunately, this activity always seems to fail with a timeout. It appears to me that the user's mailbox takes a very long time to provision (I am unable to access Webmail for quite a while). Is there a general rule on how long this process takes? I can delay the activity for X seconds if I knew how long it actually took to provision.
Any advice would be appreciated.
