Hi, We had been running Exchange 2010 with forefront protection installed and the spam control on this setup was great. We just installed an Exchange 2013 box along with the Spam agents. I've configured the Content Filter, yet some things that are clearly spam get through. Much more so that the Exchange 2010 box. For almost all the ones that get through, the spam header looks like below:

Does anyone know what P2RecipientOnSafeRecipientsList means?
