I'm having an odd issue where none of our users are able to access their In-Place archives. The Archive is listed in their Outlook Mail Pane, but when they click the item the message:
" The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance."
This issue just happened over the weekend, so I trawled through event logs and cannot see anything that relates to this issue.
I had a look in Exchange and the database is mounted and healthy; all services are running. I dismounted and remounted the DB and it still does not show up. I rebooted the server and the issue is still the same.
Has anyone else had this issue and could you suggest some places I could look to find out more information?
