ScanEngineTest.exe and KERNELBASE.dll Errors

I have a new install of Exchange 2013 (SP1, CU6) and I am receiving errors every 30 minutes. They appear to be happening when Exchange tries to test the scan engine update.  Here are the errors: Any suggestions would be appreciated!
