Mail forwarding from on premise user to cloud user

Hi,

I am using exchange on premise and exchange on cloud (office 365) ....i have User A on premise that i need to forward his/her mails to a User B who is on cloud. when i go to the online ecp, under properties of User A, the option of mail forwarding and browse for the User B i can not see the him/her in the list. therefore i am unable to forward emails.

is there a way i can forward emails from User A to User B?
