Mailbox size missing

I got a somewhat similiar post here:

It does appear moving mailboxes from one 2013 DB to another 2013 DB prompts the email notifications in regards to the users storage limit warnings to start sending again, great!

But I am still missing the graphical indication under File / Mailbox Cleanup and also on the Outlook status bar, if I tick the option for Quota Information - On, nothing shows up.

Any fix for those two issues?

We are on Exchange 2013 SP1/CU4, all mailboxes have been migrated from 2010, but public folders remain on 2010, so we are still in coexistence
