I've been doing some research in trying to figure out if I should keep my exchange environment in-house or move it to the cloud. My current exchange environment is exchange 2010 with about 160 users. While doing my research I came across with many blogs and articles of why office 365 is better and also the pros and cons of office 365 vs. on-premises exchange. The pros of 365 seem to out-weight does of on-premises exchange most of the time as I have seen during my research. Basically, my research keeps pointing me to go with office 365 rather than on-premises exchange, but I would like to know when would I choose on-premises exchange environment vs. office 365?
