How can I get a shared mailbox searchable from Outlook?
PS... setting cached mode on for those shared mailboxes is not an option:

My only work around in the mean time is to add a separate account, which means everyone has owner rights to the inbox in order to search it... there's got to be an easier way to do this... I can't believe that Microsoft wouldn't have thought this far ahead when developing their new search feature...
