Outlook Anywhere does not use SSL

Hello!

I can't make Outlook connect externally to the Exchange 2013 server using SSL - please help me understand what settings should be set for SSL to work.

The settings that do not help:

Checking Require SSL does not change anything...

Q2) Aren't the SSLoffloading = True andRequire SSL settings on the RPC virtual directory mean the same?

Q3) Is it normal to have authentication = NTLM(Anonymous)?
