Exchange CAS-01 SMTP and EMS connetions Failed to Connect

Dear All,

Hope this Finds You Very Well please help.

I installed Exchange 2013 SP1. SMTP connections failed after testing using the SMTP DAIG tool and still the EMS fails connecting to CAS-01 but it connects to CAS-02. Find Error below in EMS

I uninstalled and reinstalled the CAS-01 role but same no luck.
