2013 On-Premise (up-to-date)
I've moved all my mailboxes so now I'm about to move all my Public Folders so I'm looking for some words of wisdom :-)
Can I do this during prod hours; will users be affected; do I need to create a mailbox or PF on the target 2013 environment first; we have about 100+ PF's with subfolders, should I create a mailbox for each parent folder (each location).
Any advise would be most appreciated, thanks!

Little confused on this point, "Run the following command to create the first public folder mailbox on the Exchange 2013 Mailbox server. Public folder mailboxes contain the hierarchy information for a public folder, whereas the public folder contains the
actual content. The first public folder mailbox that you create will be the master hierarchy mailbox. You need to create the first public folder mailbox inHoldForMigration mode."
in Exchange I see one name and in MS OUtlook I see another name for the parent folder, does it matter.
Isn't there a nifty tool that can do all this for me?
