iPad cannot connect to Exchange server

Hi,
I am using iPad sync with Exchange server.
However it has stopped synchronizing since the iPad updated to OS 6.1.3.

I tried those ways.
Delete and re-create my account on iPad
Add domain name before login ID (e.g. domain\userID)
Add domain name after login ID (e.g. userID@domain)
Change exchange proxy server (e.g. exchange1.com -> exchange2.com)

OWA works with my login ID.

Does anyone know the solution?
