Re-occurring duplicate roomlist in Outlook 2013 / Exchange 2013

I'm looking for a permanent fix to this issue, maybe some way to disable the recent roomlist feature on the server side, or with a GPO...

I don't want to have to have users clear reg keys every time this happens...
