How to configure auto-accept on meeting-requests from external senders?

Hi,

I am working on a migration-project where we migrate our Exchange 2010-org to a new 2013-org in a new domain. Our room-mailboxes are still in the 2010-org, so we have to permit meeting-requests from the new org to be auto-accepted.

We have a trust in place between the old and new domains and have set up cross-forest availability, so we can see free/busy-information in both directions.

BUT meeting-requests sent from migrated mailbox'es in the new domain to the room-mailbox'es in the old domain are NOT auto-accepted, they are shown as tentative. I think this is the default behavior, but I have tried to configure this to work, without success..

  • The processexternalmeetingmessages-flag is set to true on the room-mailbox
  • I have configured a receive-connector with TLS and "externally secured"

In the log I can see that the incoming request is received on the correct connector, and as said the request is shown in the rooms calendar as tentative.

The autoaccept works from another external 2010-org, but not from the new 2013-org.

Any suggestions?
