How to change Custom Delivery has failed to these recipients or group from another user From: Microsoft Outlook

Can i change mailbox Microsoft Outlook by Administrator or another user mailbox to send client when they get error something like :

 Sent: Monday, 01, 2015 9:04 AMTo:XXX@mail.com Subject: Undeliverable: Emailing: 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:<o:p></o:p>
