Transport logging not working

I have an Exchange 2013 server that I have configured an SMTP application relay on. It is working because nothing is a able to send through exchange until I add the IP to the remote network settings. I had a few questions about what was and wasn't sending email through this relay so I set up logging on the Receive connector and configured the protocol log path under my server. It will not create the log file when messages are sent through. I have restarted the Microsoft Exchange Frontend Transport and the Microsoft Exchange Transport services and still nothing. I am running only one Exchange server.

Is there something else that needs to be restarted to get this to work. I even turned on logging for the Default Frontend <Server> connector and that doesn't create any logs either. I have triple checked the paths also.
