A previous IT employee set up google mail that bears our company domain rather than the standard gmail.com address. We have tried to contact him to help or find a password to access a way to change the password where we can possibly manage the account ourselves but have had no success.
Can anyone out there help me with how to fix this?
This all started when I upgraded to an iphone5. It refuses to accept any known passwords to log on to our "exchange" account.
