Does CAS array has effects in VLANs

Hi there!
i'want to setup CAS Array in Exchange 2013.
I want also to have in separate VLANs the servers an clients.
For example:

VLAN 10 For Users   - IP 192.168.10.1
VLAN 20 for Servers - IP 192.168.20.1

So i've exchange Servers in VLAN 20 with IP like:
CAS1 - 192.168.10.11
CAS2 - 192.168.10.12
CASARRAY - 192.168.10.13

So, will the client arrive the CASARRAY IP 192.168.10.13, that is on different VLAN?

also, what about the other users in different VLANs, will the exchange have problem with fact that are operating in different VLANs?
