Hi!
I have a problem when migrating to exchange 2013 that some users need to repair their outlook for it to realize that the mailbox is moved to a new database, for some, it works right away after a restart of outlook and for some it takes time and for others they need to repair their outlook.
What happens:
- Mailbox is migrated
- Outlook notifies user that administrator have made changes, "please restart outlook"
- After restart, Outlook says, "connected to microsoft exchange" but can't send or receive emails.
- In account settings -> Server settings. the old CAS-array is still specified as server, not the "GUID"-server.
Autodiscover works when testing outlook connectivity.
I have no idea why it works for some but not for others! Any ideas ?
