Hi,
We are using exchange 2013 server and windows server 2012 as AD server.
Now , 2 of my users are using 4 physical machines and they are opening their outlook on all 4 systems. They have their own mailbox ( john@xyz.com ) plus one more mailbox configured for another domain ( john@pqr.com ), which is configured on same exchange server itself.
Now , when they are opening outlook on another system , they are getting message , outlook can not be opened..I reboot the system , and recreate their outlook profile , it opens but after a week it again give error and when I am removing the another mailbox
( john@pqr.com ) it opens successfully.
I have manually configured the mailbox in their outlook on all system in place of given permission , such as full mailbox or send as...inside the exchange...is this the reason , its giving problem randomly. Is it the correct way or giving a mailbox send as permission will be the correct way...
please help...
thank you..
