I've started seeing this error occasionally and it seems to cause problems with clients connecting to Exchange. The database is sitting on an ISCSI disk. I'm thinking there might be something wrong with the disk or the ISCSI connection that is causing a connection disruption. As anyone seeN this? I'm running Exchange 2013 CU1. This database is only 2 months old.
