Hope I will get some help here very quickly,
I have configured DAG with two nodes in primary site as well as I have configured two separate CAS Servers in the primary site, all virtual directories url starts with mail.domain.com
we want to configure 1 more mailbox server in the same dag in the DR site as well as one more cas server on a separate server in dr site.
Can some one please help me in the configuration:
1. I will keep the copy of all databases to DR Server
2. I will disable the automatic activation on the DR server we want manual failover
3. can some one please help me that how to do failover to dr site and failback to primary site
4. we want to keep the same name spaces for the dr site as well, from internal and external both
5. we have around 40 users sitting in dr site but we do not want them to connect to the server placed in dr site how to achieve this
6. should I configure the dr cas servers virtual directories url in the same way as I have done in primary site
7. if point number 6 is yes then will users will go to dr site when query is sent for autodiscover using scp or there is no A record of mail.domain.com in the local dns which is why users will not go to DR cas server
8. please let me know any article with step by step for the manual failover and failback to and from dr site
9. should I import the same certificate
