Issues after enabling Outlook Anywhere

Hope someone can help with some odd issues that happened after turning on Outlook Anywhere to support our upgrade to Exchange 2013. Here is our setup.

Primary Office

2 CAS Servers in an array (load balanced through MNLB - in process of moving to Hardware LB)

2MB Servers in a DAG (Replicated to Remote DR Site)

Branch Office

2 CAS Servers in an array (load balanced using Hardware Load balancer - Kemp)

2 MB Servers in a DAG (Replicated to Primary Site)

All Systems have Office 2010 SP1

All Exchange Servers are 2010 SP3 RU9

The problem is not happening with all users, only a few. Some will get a message that says "The Microsoft Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you to quit and restart Outlook." ... While other will get "The connection to the Microsoft Exchange is unavailable".

When checking the connection status, some of the connections show connected to TCP/IP and then others show HTTPS (on the same machine)? If I do a reconnect, all the connections go to TCP/IP and then mail will flow again. The odd thing is this is only happening on new computers that are being added to the domain (Primary site has not added any new PC's and is not experiencing the problem). Does anyone have any suggestions at to what might be causing the this? And is there a way to force the connection to only go to TCP/IP and not HTTPS?

Thanks,

Gavin.
