Hi, everyone!
So we've officially launched Lync 2013 in our offices and we're preparing to role it out as the VoIP solution at our newest building that opens late September.
We've been running Exchange 2010 for almost 2 years now and usually would skip a version rather than upgrading with each iteration.
I'm wondering, though, if it makes more sense to keep Exchange and Lync on the same versions. I know Lync 2013 and Exchange 2010 can work together and we're seeing that now, but would it be of more benefit to update Exchange now as well before trying to deploy Unified Messaging?
Any feedback you may have would be appreciated.
