Hello,
I am having the strangest problem with only one shared mailbox which is accessed by several users.
Some emails(not all) that have attachments, are not showing in outlook (cached mode) but shows in OWA.
Steps I tried:
Check corruption but no issues found.
moved to different database - worked for a day but after that the issue returned.
Please note that if I open the shared mailbox on a fresh user with a Fresh OST file they emails do not show.
It seems these emails are not downloaded into the OST.
any suggestion is much appreciated.
