Hello,
Since 4 days, I have 1 user, he can't access his email on his iphone (ios 9.1).
Error message : unable to connect to server
When I add his account to my iphone, i cant sync until yesterday then same error message : unable to connect to server.
When I tried Exchange Connectivity tools, all is green.
My account on his iphone works well
His account on 3 different iphone doesnt work
His account on my android work well.
So its seems to be an issue with his account and iphone (ios).
I have no idea, maybe corrupted items in his mailbox and ios is more picky than android...
