What if a mailbox has no Throttling Policy?

I'm in the process of decommissioning a BlackBerry server and in the process I'm trying to undo a custom Throttling Policy that we applied to our of BlackBerry users. I didn't have BlackBerry and when I checked my mailbox I noticed that I don't have a Throttling Policy at all when I run

Get-Mailbox myname | fl thro*

there's no value.

I can see that we have a DefaultThrottlingPolicy and a GlobalThrottlingPolicy when I run

Get-ThrottlingPolicy | fl Name

If a mailbox has no Throttling Policy is it inferred that it's a DefaultThrottlingPolicy?
