dear all,
one of our user has issue for mailbox size not reclaim so that he is not able to send email
I verified on server side for folder size details and i found root folder has 10 GB but other all folders has very less and total folders size are less than 1 GB so where is store remain 9 GB kindly help how to overcome this issue.
