Incident Response: Exchange powershell to pull large list of receipts user with read status and removal (script?)

Hi,

What is the most efficient method via Powershell on the Exchange server to query all users who received an email, indicate read status and removal of the message?

I think I read somewhere its possible to check read status individual but I am longer for an output of the list. 

This is request will be used for incident response of phishing or an email sent unintentional. 

I am using Exchange 2010 but will be migrating to 2013 soon.
