Resource Mailbox in Exchange 2013

Hello,

I'm creating resource mailboxes to replace old Public folder calendars for my HR department.

The thing is when I create a resource mailbox, it becomes available and visible for everyone in the Room List (Address book)

I wonder, is there any way to restrict this for public view? And restrict the people who can actually book or not.

I've tried the following things:

-Hide from address list (Not very useful as they'll have to do it writing down the email)

-Creating a distribution group with all these people inside and granting full admin access. *Couldn't see the outcome

-Changing the permissions within the calendar properties. In this one I've been playing around with Default one, Editor, Anonymous but I can find the proper combination as everyone can still book and the meetings go through.

-The option delegates in Exchange ECP, forces everyone in that list to look after the resource mailbox and accept/reject any incoming requests.. (Not helpful either) as I want the resource mailbox to do it on its own.

I found this link for 2010 but some terms are no longer available? ->

Any advice?
