Hi,
we recently enabled the mailbox setting of MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled to true. Plenty of our users send emails as the Shared Mailbox. This works nicely and the copies are created both in the sender's own Sent Items as well as to the Shared Mailbox Sent Items.
However upon closer review we noticed that if you use the BCC-field for recipients, those recipients will not be viewable from the Shared Mailbox Sent Items-folder. Although all the recipients of the mail are shown in the sender's Sent Items.
This begs the question: Is this by design that a 'full copy' of a sent mail is copied to the sender's mailbox and a stripped version to the shared mailbox folder?
How can I make sure that the copy created via this setting contains the same information regardless of the Sent Items-folder location?
We are currently at Exchange 2013 SP1 CU11, with Outlook 2013 clients.
