Has anyone had this problem before? A user in our environment has reported this and I have been able to replicate the behaviour. She assures me this never used to happen...
The problem occures when, within Outlook, a user has the settings set to request read receipts for all outgoing email. If this is set and this user sends a meeting request, they will receive a read receipt when the recipient reads it but also receive another
read receipt if/when the recipient accepts the meeting request.
We have a hybrid environment and I have verified this issue between x2 Exchange 2013 mailboxes and also between x1 Exchange 2013 mailbox and x1 Exchange Online mailbox.
Has anyone had this behaviour before? Any ideas?
