Removing Inherited Mailbox Permission; IsInherited = True, Deny = True from EMS query

Hi Everyone,

Kindly look at the screenshot. I just want to ask anybody how to remove those two settings from EMS. Is there something that needs to be changed directly from the AD also? I hope you can help me on this.
