new-testcasconnectivityuser operating in a split permissions model

Hi,

after implementation of Active Directory split permissions in an Exchange 2013 organisation an Exchange administrator is no more able to creat an Active Directory account. This is one of the reasons to implement split permissions. But it has some side effects. On of them is some of scripts failed like 'new-testcasconnectivityuser' which try to create a Test account in Active Directory useres container.

Is there any why to change 'new-testcasconnectivityuser' to ask for an existing Account? I'm looking for split permission edition of 'new-testcasconnectivityuser'.
