Receive emails only during office hours

Hello,

Is there a way in exchange we can configure that emails are sent out to a certain email address during a time frame? 

ex- mailbox- sync@test.com ( shared mailbox) should send emails to users only during 8AM-12AM. 12-8AM emails should be in hold in exchange and delivered to clients at starting 8AM again.

is this possible?
