cant receive emails outside the organization exchange 2013

Hi All,

 I configure exchange 2013, but cant receive emails outside my organization. i used testconnectivity.microsoft.com for testing my inbound smtp email and it passed. but still cant receive emails outside my org. how to fix this issue.
