Exchange 2010 service packs

I have a server with Microsoft Exchange 2010, version 14.0. It has no service packs on it. 

Can someone tell me what my best path is to get this up to date?

Are there some catches I should be aware of before installing any service packs?

Is the latest service pack cumulative?
