New-PublicFolderMigrationRequest - 2010 to 2013 multiple databases

Hello,

I am in the process of planning my 2010 public folder migration to 2013.  I have a question for the process of running the "New-PublicFolderMigrationRequest" command.  Since I have multiple public folder servers each hosting a database and not all being replicated what is the process to running this command.  For example:

Remote Site A - Server / PublicFolderDBSiteA
Remote Site B - Server / PublicFolderDBSiteB
Remote Site C-  Server / PublicFolderDBSiteC-Active
Remote Site C - Server / PublicFolderDBSiteC-Archive

Remote Site A has a small public folder database that replicates with Remote Site A (Active).  Remote Site B has certain folders that are replicated with Remote Site C- Active.  In addition, Remote site C has a another server which hold public folders that have been archived.

My Folder to mailbox Map CSV looks good as it has picked up all the folders in the Hierarchy I am just unsure if I need to run the New-PublicFolderMigrationRequest script multiple times to on the databases that are not being replicated.

Any pointers here is appreciated.
