How do I create an Email address policy that adds a letter not number if the address already exists? For example, we have Jon Smith and our email address policy dictates that his address should besmithj@abc.com. Now a new user joins the company and his name is Jeremy Smith. The email address policy is going to createsmithj2@abc.com. How do I create an email address policy that will use jsmith or jmsmith instead of smithj2? Is there a way to avoid the creation of email addresses with numbers in it?
