Hi, I have a user with a 19Gb online archive file and am looking to reduce some of it by removing any duplicate entries or redundant emails from a conversation. I can do this on the users mailbox in outlook via the 'Clean Up' option in the ribbon but im unable to use this option on the online archive file as it is greyed out. Apart from manually removing emails, is there another option, something similar to the 'Clean Up' option?
is the cleanup option only available on the primary mailbox?
would I therefore have to move the archive back to the primary, run the cleanup and then move back?
