Increase Mailbox Move from 2010 to Exchange 2013

I have CAS2013 and Mailbox 2013 roles running on separate vm servers.

Now, do I change the MSExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config <MRSConfiguration> Settings on both CAS 2013 and MBX 2013 servers or just on the mailbox server?  cos only the mailbox server has the service Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication.

These are the default values on mailbox 2013 and I notice the same are on/for CAS 2013?

I want to increase and match them to m CAS 2010 servers.  Once migration is complete I will default it.
