I have a Exchange Hybrid environment with exchange 2013 hybrid servers to the cloud. Several users are in the cloud and then we still have 8000 plus users on our back end Exchange 2010 databases. Most of the time free/busy information is working, but it appears that sometimes it doesn't work. Sometimes it is with on-prem users viewing cloud users and sometimes with on-prem to on-prem users. This is intermittent but when it happens it creates support calls. It appears to be server related, because when it happens it is with outlook and owa users. What can I do or reference on the servers to see what is causing this? Performance logs? What ones? Event logs? What should I be watching for? Do I need to turn up logging levels to get better errors? How do I do this?
