Compliance health set unhealthy (ComplianceOutlookLogonToArchiveRpcCtpMonitor) & (OutlookRpcCtpMonitor)

HI,

I am keep getting these alerts from SCOM for my Exchange server compliance health set for different DB. I don't find any information on this beside to delete all the health set from AD and let them rebuild.
