Running into an issue i'm unable to solve.
Users was deleted from AD and the mailbox is moves into 30day recycle container.
User is restored via LDP.exe ->account unlocked -> UPN checked same as old.
After a Dirsync the mailbox is automatically returned in Active Users in Office 365 portal.
When user logs in she gets the issue novalidlicense. I removed the E3 license waited 12+ hours, added E3 license back today and got the message Users mailbox is still on-premis please migrate for mailbox to become active.
Powershell shows the following when checking licensing status : EXCHANGE_S_ENTERPRISE PendingInput
I've checked the following:
msExchRecipientDisplayType -2147483642
msExchRecipientTypeDetails 2147483648
msExchRemoteRecipientType 4
What am i missing or doing wrong.
