Delayed Massages

Hi there, In my company I have a domain environment that includes a Exchange Server 2013. I need to know if there's any messages queued for a long time or delayed messages, Is there any way to get a notification to the admin without always checking. Because sometimes if I'm out of the office users blame that the mails are getting delayed, mails are returning..etc. I need to get notification to the admin if the mails been queued for a long time or delivery errors. Is there any solution for my problem? Please help me.

Thank you
