i have an issue with our Oracle application not sending email to an IMAP mailbox. i checked the IMAP4 services and restarted it. also checked the servercomponents. all are up and running or active.
still our IMAP application is not able to send to the IMAP mailbox. what else am i missing here?
btw, since the application only uses the CAS servers for sending emails, i tested only the CAS servers if IMAP port is open or not. it is open.
